• I did an ACH push on date T, from my bank to deposit $C into TD Ameritrade brokerage account.
• TD Ameritrade brokerage account received the deposit on T+1

• In the TD Ameritrade account, I can see the transaction in My Account → History & Statements → Transactions
  → Type = All Transaction types

• But I don't see it in My Account → History & Statements → Transactions
  → Type = “Deposit & Withdrawls”

• It also does not show up in My Account → Deposits & Transfers → Activity
  → Completed Transactions

• The customer service representative told me that since the ACH transfers originated from the bank (as opposed to TD Ameritrade) it is considered a passive ACH and so will not show up in the above screens.
